    ServiceMaster’s new headquarters was featured on the cover of Saturday’s Memphis Daily News.

    Dubbed a large part of Memphis’ real estate awakening, our 328,000-square-foot soon-to-be home was 2016’s biggest city office deal.

    Terry Ingram, vice president of supply management for ServiceMaster, said requirements for our new headquarters excluded any existing office building Memphis had to offer.

    ServiceMaster recently hosted its quarterly earnings call to report its third quarter results. Reporter from the Commercial Appeal and Memphis Business Journal covered the story.

    “ServiceMaster is the fifth largest of the 13 publicly traded companies based in Memphis in terms of the total value of its outstanding stock,” said Ted Evanoff, Commercial Appeal reporter.
