    The current issue of the magazine also includes a quote from a millenial Merry Maids franchise owner about how he is leveraging technology to enhance his customers experience.

    ServiceMaster recently chose its contractor for the build out of the Innovation Center in its new headquarters in downtown Memphis. The Memphis Business Journal interviewed Terry Ingram this week to discuss what they were looking for and how they ended up choosing Flintco LLC.

    In the article, Ingram explains the company was looking for a contractor with a proven track record of work in Memphis, and Flintco fit that bill.
